Drones over the Arkansas River in Colorado

During a recent visit to Colorado, the weather was generally dreadful. One day, however, the clouds parted and the Sun shone powerfully. I drove forty miles westward along the Arkansas River out of Canon City and toward the Black Canyon of the Gunnison.

Small villages are separated by long stretches of fishing river with turnouts for fishermen to park their cars. This is a perfect area for the drone—beautiful river, few obstructions, no people to be bothered. Enjoy the serenity of vicariously being up there where the birds fly…
