This is one of the remote spectaculars found around Moab.
For Bow Knot, I found a launch site a half-mile or so from the rim, then flew out to a good vantage point. It is colossal!
The Green River flows from the North, slashes great canyons into the desert and then flows down the western side of Canyonlands National Park.
This feature (as well as Mineral Bottom in another gallery) requires a 20-mile drive across the desert on dirt roads.
